Join us on Friday, February 25, 2022, as we examine Missouri’s Expungement Laws, Policies and Practices with the goal of improving awareness and access.

Our goal is to change the scope, availability, and reach of the record clearance process, by engaging stakeholders and empowering them to design and craft shared solutions to obstacles in the policy, data, technology, and individual access arenas. We invite all the following stakeholders to join us, including:

  • Individuals with criminal records
  • Policymakers
  • Data holders
  • Department of Corrections (DOC), correctional and reentry programs
  • Businesses, state and Local Chambers of Commerce
  • Employers and employment agencies
  • Workforce Development Agencies
  • Prosecutors and Defense Attorneys
  • Pro bono and Legal Aid record clearance clinics
  • Coders/Technologists
